You pay for a report, not for a year
Most sustainability reporting products sell an annual subscription. ESGDO does not. You pay once for each report you prepare. The price depends on how many employees the reporting company has.
Enter the number of employees on the card to see the price.

We keep your data
We keep your data for at least eighteen months after you pay for a report. Each new report renews that period. We will never delete your data without contacting you first. This still applies if you do not buy another report.
How you pay
You can pay by card or by online bank transfer in euro, US dollar or Polish złoty. If you pay from another currency, the amount is converted when you pay. You choose who receives the invoice. You can issue it to your company, or to your client if you are an agency or a consultant.
What is included
In every report
- Your data kept for at least eighteen months, renewed by every new report
- The full VSME report under the Voluntary Standard (VS), basic module and comprehensive module
- The emissions calculator, the fuel converter and the unit converter
- The AI assistant, with the credits included in your tier
- Export to PDF and to XBRL
- All eight languages
- Unlimited companies in your account
- Unlimited team members, with no charge per person
What costs extra
Additional AI credits, if you use more than the amount included. They can be bought separately at any time.
Storage
There is no limit on how much you store. ESGDO does not apply a disk space quota, and there is no limit on the number of documents you upload. A single file can be up to thirty megabytes.
Reading a document into the AI assistant uses credits from the amount included with your report. Asking the assistant questions uses credits too. If you need more, you can buy more at any time.
What you can do before you pay
Create an account at no cost. Add your company and let ESGDO fill its details from the official register. Complete the first part of the report, use the AI assistant, and see how the application works. You pay once when you are ready to continue with the rest of the report.
There is no trial period and nothing expires. Take as long as you need before you decide.
Questions
Do I pay again next year?
Only if you prepare another report. Your account, your companies and your previous reports stay available.
How long do you keep my data?
At least eighteen months from the report you paid for, at no further cost, and every new report renews the period. We will contact you before anything is removed. You can download your report and your data at any time.
What if I skip a year?
Nothing happens for at least eighteen months. If you come back within that time, your company details and your previous answers are still there. This is worth knowing, because from your second report onward the standard asks you to show the previous year's figures next to the current year.
What happens if my headcount changes?
The tier is based on the headcount you report for the reporting period covered by that report.
Can I pay by bank transfer or with an invoice?
Yes. You can pay by card or by online bank transfer. The banks you can choose from depend on the country you pay from. The invoice is issued as a PDF to the company you select. Many companies prefer a transfer from a company account, because a card is usually issued to a person.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Prices on this page are in euro, excluding VAT. The application can issue the invoice in euro, US dollar or Polish złoty. If you pay from another currency, the payment gateway converts the amount when you pay. The payment gateway may add a conversion charge on top of the invoice amount.
Can somebody else pay for my report?
Yes. You choose which company on your account receives the invoice. Accounting firms use this to invoice in their own name.
